I’m Renee Davis
I’m a product builder, strategic advisor, and climate advocate who helps founders and leadership teams make better product, technology, and AI decisions.
50% of the companies I work with are in general tech; 50% are in ClimateTech.
I work with early-stage and growth-stage startups as a Fractional CPO, consultant, advisor, and coach. I specialize in:

I’m also the founder of Climate Conscious Leaders, a global community of 500+ product professionals and business leaders learning how to build for Product-Market-Earth Fit. We run monthly sessions and practical workshops focused on modern product thinking that includes environmental impact as a core design input, not an afterthought.

🌱I’m a builder at heart. I’m energized by hypothesis-driven work: test early, learn fast, and iterate with real users. That mindset shaped products I helped scale to billions in value, guides how I experiment with my own ventures today, and informs how I help founders build with clarity and confidence.
☀️ I care deeply about sustainability in practice, not just in theory. I was an early adopter of EVs, residential solar, and rainwater harvesting. Over time, I’ve nearly fully electrified my home with a heat pump water heater, induction cooking, and mini-splits. I care about understanding what change actually looks like in the real world, and what it takes to make it practical.
👩💻 I believe resourcefulness and constraint give birth to ingenuity. I come from a family of Chilean immigrants and grew up in New York, where you learn to move fast, speak plainly, and keep going when things get hard. That shaped how I approach work and leadership today: resilient, practical, and grounded in values. It taught me how to create momentum with limited resources, stay focused on outcomes, and build with intention.
At my core, I care about building things that matter. Things that work. Things that last.
