PAR's work on behalf of individuals with autism and intellectual disabilities is too important to be slowed down by operational friction. This assessment is designed to identify where modern tools can give your team more time — so you can focus on what matters most: your mission.

The opportunity
More capacity = more impact

Small nonprofit teams carry enormous responsibility. When bandwidth runs out, advocacy slows, member support suffers, and the team burns out. Modern tools — AI, automation, and smarter data reporting — can free up meaningful hours each week without requiring deep technical expertise. With the right setup and onboarding, teams like yours are reclaiming 5–20 hours per month per person.

How it works
The assessment process

Pre-call intake (async, ~10 min)

A short intake form sent to the leadership team before the call. I'll ask for your current tools list, your biggest time drains, and the top goals PAR is working toward this year. This lets us use discovery time for depth, not logistics.

Individual discovery sessions (50 min each, 4–6 leaders)

A structured 1:1 conversation with each member of your core leadership team. I'll explore how work actually flows today — where time goes, where things slow down, and where better visibility or automation could make the biggest difference. Each session closes with a brief "what I'm hearing" reflection to ensure alignment.

Findings & roadmap memo (delivered within 1 week)

A focused written report with what I heard, where the gaps are, and a prioritized set of AI and automation opportunities — including a recommended starting point. Clear, actionable, and written for your team, not a technical audience.
